The TR-7100 is an automatic, optical Inspection
System for recognising component and solder faults prior
and after the Reflow-Solder Process. The patented illumination
process with approx. 1000 programmable RGB Light Diodes
ensures a constant and problem-free illumination of
the PC-Board.
The pictures are continually captured during the flying
over (Read-on-Fly). Other than the commonly
used Stop-and-Go process, this results in a smooth movement
during the picture capturing. This, on the one hand,
leads to very short testing times and, on the other
hand, to a drastically reduced breakdown rate, due to
less mechanical stress.
